Your life doesn’t have to be based on your mistakes or your wrong choices.

We’re all human and we’re going to mess up even though we know better – sometimes over and over again – but your ability to get back up and keep trying, despite being knocked down, is what’s going to get you where you want to go. Every time you get back up you get stronger.

Maybe you cheated on your new diet, or skipped your workouts, or drank too much wine, or forgot to hydrate, or got frustrated with your kids, or even all of the above! It’s okay!

Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t get trapped in a shame storm. Don’t lose hope and don’t get discouraged.

Give yourself some grace and know that tomorrow is another day to start again. Keep trying, over and over, and don’t give up because you slipped up. I’m with you, let’s keep going! ❤️

Wednesday’s are for GIRL POWER 🦸🏼‍♀️ I’m not feeling myself today - a pending medical test has my anxiety on HIGH alert ( like panic attack brewing 😳) I’ve had to go into self care overtime to keep my anxiety in check.
.⠀
So far today this is what I’ve done to keep my anxiety from taking over, maybe these ideas can help you too!
.
-Took it slow this morning with extra rest
- Journaled empowering beliefs such as, “I control my anxiety.”
- Ate super intentional breakfast and lunch full of superfoods to keep my blood sugar level
- I’ve already had 48 oz of water
- Only drank 1 coffee ☕️ instead of 3⠀
- Did guided meditation
- Put myself together (hair/makeup) and even took a picture 🙋🏼‍♀️
- Allowing myself an hour for a manicure to reset
Even after all this, my anxiety is right on the surface. The difference is that — I’m in charge of it. I’m able to control it, I’m able to get my work done, and I’m able to live my life. Anxiety doesn’t have to leave you paralyzed in bed. By adopting new habits and practices you can develop a Go-To list of ideas to stay in control.

If you want to see changes in your life, you have to do things in a different way. Like, for real!! If you keep the same habits, same routine, same thoughts...nothing will change!

Instead of saying no, try saying yes. Instead of saying yes, try saying no.⠀

I’ve made most of the changes in my life these past two years by trusting my gut and saying yes to whatever idea popped in my head. If I thought it, I did it.
.
Your inner voice talking to you, that’s your guide! Trust yourself like you never have before and listen to HER. If she says go to bed, then do it. If she says say yes to that new job, say yes!⠀

Remember, you have to change things up or it’ll be January 2021 and you’ll be asking yourself what happened. Start right now, every day counts! Do one thing differently and see what happens. I’m with you friend!! ❤️❤️
