what is your one thing?

What is your one thing? The one thing that brings you peace? The one thing that fills up your soul? The one thing that if you don’t do you end up screaming at everyone like a crazy lady?? 😆 Maybe its working out? Or being by the water? Or reading? Or music? Or meditating?

For me, it’s writing. If I don’t sit down and pour everything that’s in my head onto paper I go a little crazy, LOL. I have to write down what I’m thinking to even know what I’m thinking. Does that make sense? I lost my connection to writing for most of my young adult life. I was busy being a new wife and mom, creating a home, paying bills…I forgot that I needed to write. I’m so thankful that I was able to bring writing back into my life, and now I don’t know what I would do without it.

What is your one thing? If you forgot as I did, I urge you to remember, and once you have it, never let it go again. Promise yourself to make time for this one thing…you’re worth the time and when you pour into your soul, it will overflow to everyone around you. Love you friends!
