put on your positive pants

Where are my Debbie Downers at?! 🙋‍♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just finished reading BossUp by Lindsay Teague Moreno and it was so good y’all. I learned so much! She has a whole chapter on, as she puts it, wearing your positive pants, LOL. As much as I like to say that I’m a positive person, Greg often points out when I’m being a Debbie Downer. I like to think of it more as “realistic”, but whatever.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lindsay makes so many good points on why staying positive and having a good attitude is a must. Especially in business and when you’re chasing your dreams.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m going to add this skill to the list of things I’m working on, including listening, exercising, and drinking water. But for real, I really would like to stay positive. Ending the day on a positive note is so much better than being negative.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What are ways you stay positive? Do you catch yourself being negative? Are you able to flip it? Let me know below!
