Wow friends! I don’t know about you guys, but I am struggling! This Holiday season is totally kicking my butt.
I just reread that super motivating post I published back on 11/27. That one about staying on track through the Holidays. About rocking it. Yeah, umm…that’s a lot harder than I thought!!
Here I am in the last two week countdown and I can barley keep my eyes open. I’m dragging around trying to cross off my to-do list when all I want to do is take a nap. Not to mention I have a cold/allergy thing weighing me down more.
I’m still trying my best to get everything done, but I totally underestimated the work load that the Holidays bring. I don’t want to give up on my goals of writing, blogging, eating healthy, blah, blah, blah…LOL. I still really want to do ALL. THE. THINGS.
So what do I do? Do I take a nap? Do I practice some self care and try to recharge? Do I push through and tell myself I’m getting stronger by working harder? I don’t know?!
Two more weeks right? If I keep working and pushing myself for two more weeks, then I can rest. Then life is going to be a breeze because I won’t have the extra Holiday work load. Right?!?!
So, my sweet friends, how are YOU doing? Are you still on track through the Holidays? Are you feeling defeated yet? Help us all out and give us some advice please! I’m making a pot of coffee, I just took some DayQuil, and I’m about to start addressing my Christmas Cards.
